Polk County Medical Association

We Care

We are a 215 member strong, and growing, network of volunteer physicians and allied healthcare providers initiated in 1998 by the Polk County Medical Association. Our mission is to ensure access to specialty medical care for low income, uninsured residents of Polk County. They are not eligible for any source of funded medical care, are desperately in need of specialty medical care and have no where to turn for help, except you. Most volunteers see 1 patient per month in their own office. Through this free clinic without walls more than $1,000,000 in volunteer care is donated each eyar. Please join this proud and growing humanitarian group. Help make Polk County a healthier place to live.
